Hey there! I’m just a guy making music from the spare room in my apartment, doing what I love.

My music journey started in 7th-grade band class, and I’ve been hooked ever since. From band and choir to teaching students and even performing in theater, music has always been at the heart of my life. But it wasn’t until the 2020 pandemic that I found my true creative spark.

While teaching a lesson on world music, I realized how much I loved exploring unique sounds from around the globe. A random class about video game music brought back childhood memories, and that’s when it clicked: writing music that combines world influences with gaming and storytelling was my calling.

Then came my first D&D campaign, and everything fell into place. I distinctly remember bringing my Celtic harp to Session 1, having built a bard and written an original tavern song with lyrics. Later on, it hit me--building soundtracks for imaginary worlds were a passion, especially after listening to DMs turn on the same YouTube videos for campaign ambience. Since leaving the classroom, I’ve poured myself into creating, experimenting, and learning. It’s been a wild ride, and I’m just getting started.

My dream? To write a full soundtrack for a video game or an epic D&D campaign. Until then, I’ll keep composing, arranging, and performing—hopefully for people who love music as much as I do.

Thanks for listening, and I hope to see you at the next song!

WHY I STARTED COMPOSING
FRIENDS TO THANK
If it weren't for a couple of people who have been incredibly kind, supportive, and creative, I'm not sure that I'd have the courage or motivation to currently arrive at a point where I'm enjoying making music, much less releasing songs. Check out these awesome artists below and show them some love and support!

AUSTIN JONES
Austin has been incredible as a friend and producer. He's been my go-to for mastering my tracks after I mix them. (Fun fact: Austin was one of the first students I ever had, and now we're collaborating on projects together years later!) He's given great advice when I wasn't sure how to start with writing music, his knowledge of DAWs is extensive, and he's been instrumental in giving feedback and providing the final touches on my songs. In my neck of the woods, he's a prominent figure in the local music scene as an audio engineer and producer.

HIPPIE FLIP
Hippie Flip is an emerging EDM DJ based in Lexington and generates AI art. He has, undoubtedly, been my one of my biggest sources of encouragement and support in taking the leap to start writing music. Without his encouragement, I definitely would have dragged my feet a bit more in getting started on this journey.

He's made creative contributions to areas in some of my compositions, as well as concept art for some of my collections . He's also helped in providing feedback with musical ideas. Check out his links below, and catch him at an upcoming show!
